For Mother's Day, Xiao Mei slept from 11 pm to 6:30 am. Thank you baby girl! My own mother spent the day indoors to stay safe from the gunfire in Beirut. I called my parents last night and I heard gunshots in the background.
Come out with it, you gave her sleeping pills to create this great mothers day sleeping surprise, didn't you?
As I'm writing this of course totally kidding I did get this very real thought in the back of my mind wondering how well that would work. Maybe I'll let you know when my birthday comes around.
